Refund Policy

At Wiwu, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Timeframe:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts must be returned.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- The following items cannot be refunded:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final-sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Digital downloads once accessed
- Gift cards
2. How to Request a Refund
- Log In: Sign in to your Wiwu account and go to My Orders.
- Select Order: Find the order containing the item(s) you’d like refunded.
- Request Refund: Click Request Refund, choose the item(s), and select your reason.
- Receive Confirmation: You’ll get an email confirming your refund request and next steps.
3. Processing Your Refund
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our refund criteria.
- Timeline: Inspection and approval typically take 5 business days after we receive the package.
- Notification: We’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
4. Refund Method & Timing
- Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping Charges:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a Wiwu error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Partial Refunds
We may grant a partial refund (or refuse a full refund) for items that are not in original condition, are damaged through no fault of Wiwu, or missing parts.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Report Quickly: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wiwu.com or via live chat.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damage or error.
- Resolution: We will arrange for free return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
