At Wiwu, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  3. Condition of Items:
  4. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  5. Accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts must be returned.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:
  7. The following items cannot be refunded:
  8. Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)
  9. Personalized or custom-made products
  10. Final-sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  11. Digital downloads once accessed
  12. Gift cards

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log In: Sign in to your Wiwu account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select Order: Find the order containing the item(s) you’d like refunded.
  3. Request Refund: Click Request Refund, choose the item(s), and select your reason.
  4. Receive Confirmation: You’ll get an email confirming your refund request and next steps.

3. Processing Your Refund

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet our refund criteria.
  2. Timeline: Inspection and approval typically take 5 business days after we receive the package.
  3. Notification: We’ll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.

4. Refund Method & Timing

  1. Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  2. Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  3. Shipping Charges:
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a Wiwu error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Partial Refunds

We may grant a partial refund (or refuse a full refund) for items that are not in original condition, are damaged through no fault of Wiwu, or missing parts.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  1. Report Quickly: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wiwu.com or via live chat.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damage or error.
  3. Resolution: We will arrange for free return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
