You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Here’s how:
Log in and navigate to My Orders > Returns.
Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose a reason.
Print the prepaid shipping label we provide by email.
Pack the item in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop it off at the carrier.
Once we receive
You can cancel your order any time before it has shipped. To do so:
Log in to your Wiwu account and go to My Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel and click Cancel Order.
Confirm your cancellation.
